Dog Walks

Not a typical walk for your pooch! Combining obedience, rules and a lot of fun, dogs get to be dogs on these walks. Dog walks take place Tuesdays and Thursdays each week – we will pick up your dog from your home or work and take them for a 2-hour wilderness adventure. All dogs get to go off leash and use up any extra energy they have playing with each other and running. During the walk dogs learn and maintain many tools they have learned in obedience classes, such as walking politely beside me and the other dogs, recall, and waiting in either a stand, sit or down. Dogs quickly learn that if they don’t follow the pack rules then they have to be leashed and walk as the other dogs get to play. It doesn’t take too long before they are back on track listening!
Dog walks take place on sunny, rainy, stormy and light snow days. So say goodbye to those days you get home from work and your pooch is eagerly waiting for some fun activity even when it is raining and you are exhausted! Instead, say hello to a tired, relaxed and well mannered pooch on your arrival. Pick up and drop off included. Open to Poochies graduates.

Free Saturday Classes: Keep up with your training at our free monthly class, open to all Poochies graduates. This class is held the first Saturday of each month at 10 am.
